Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original Brandon Blackwood box and dust bag, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
